NY/NJ leading IT Company is currently hiring new entry level help desk technician for our financial department. We’re looking for a recent technical school graduate or a candidate with 6 months to 1 year of experience. Must be eager to learn and to be trained. Great opportunity for someone looking to get their feet in the door. **PLEASE NOTE** If you are a seasoned technician with more than 3 yrs experience, this may not be the job for you. Requirements: Recent technical school graduate or at least 6 months to 1 year helpdesk experience. We are looking for technicians with knowledge or experience working: with Windows XP/Vista /2000 Pro/2000 & 2003 Server. Hardware/software repair (A+ would be desired) Network troubleshooting skills TCP/IP, FTP (NET + would be desired), network printer installation and setups, MS office suite application skills. Be able to setup and troubleshoot MS outlook. Have knowledge of imaging PCs with either Ghost or Acronis. We are also looking for someone who demonstrates excellent customer service skills and troubleshooting skills. The Role
This is a Fixed Term Contract for 9-12 months as an Online Recruitment Advertising Field Sales Executive.
