As a Business Solutions Project Manager for LivePerson, located out of our NYC office, Atlanta office, or your home office on the East Coast, you will utilize your innate technical abilities and relationship building skills to foster growth while developing tactics for long-term success. Given the unique solutions LivePerson delivers it will be essential for you to have an understanding of technical concepts (such as Java Script and eCommerce) in order to catch on quickly and become a subject matter expert to clients and internal teams, ensuring their development and certification via the successful integration of LivePerson channels to your client`s contact center. Your expertise with report configuration and analysis, account segmentation, account content customization, tactical account design, account permission segmentation and tactical optimization supporting strategic client initiatives will elevate your candidacy accordingly. While not required, your understanding and experience with customer service, call centers, web-based technologies, MS Office and SalesForce will put you in the front of the candidate line for this highly sought after role.
