Home Care Agency is seeking a Full Time BILINGUAL human resource clerk.
- Involves assisting personnel through hiring process
- Wokring with company software to enter and maintain database information
- Being able to audit and maintain documentation according to current standards
- Learning and being familiar with agency policies and procedures
- Assisting all prospective and active personnel with all HR inquiries
- Working closely with other agency staff to monitor for compliance
- Other office related duties involve; copying, faxing, typing, answering telephone calls
- Some HR experience is a plus
- Agency will provide training
- Must be professional, respectful, and organized.
- Office hours include M-Fr (9am-5pm)
BILINGUAL IS A MUST
