Your Profile
As Legal Forms Managing Editor, you will be from a publishing background with experience of having worked in a legal practice or editing legal documents as you will head up legal and elections forms editorial department. You will have experience of managing a team and will be keen to take and be a methodical individual with a good eye for detail. The ability to organise work flow and put in place procedures is essential. The role requires a sound level of computer literacy and a working knowledge of Indesign will be of benefit.

The Role
The Legal Forms Managing Editor will be responsible for monitoring legislation for potential forms opportunities, drafting and editing forms and the control of the forms product lists (total of around 5,000 items). You will be responsible for the creation and updating of the legal forms and will also be
required to become familiar with the specialised field of election legislation and the resulting forms. Through good interpersonal and man-management skills you find the opportunity to take the department forward with the development of new products and introduction of new systems and procedures that will extend to the rest of the business. There will also be the opportunity to become involved in the management of wider aspects of the company`s activities.

Our client has won numerous maintenance contracts in recent years including major commercial banking corporations, leading insurance brokers, more recently they have won the maintenance contract for a major retailer. We are now looking to recruit a number of M&E Engineers for a business that currently has turnover of over £10million.

Your core responsibilities will be to perform fault-finding and servicing duties to HVAC plant that will include ventilation plant, general power and lighting maintenance and also some heating plant.

Typical responsibilities include;

Maintenance and repairs to all electrical equipment (i.e. lighting and power)

Maintenance to A/C plant such as air handling units, split A/C units

Maintenance to catering machinery

Testing of emergency lighting/fire alarms/sprinkler systems

PAT testing

We are looking for an engineer to cover four locally-based properties. We are currently recruiting for a HVAC engineer to cover the local properties in the Crwaley area.

All applicants must hold valid electrical or mechanical qualifications such as City & Guilds. In addition, all applicants must possess a valid driver`s license.

The package on offer will include;

1.£27,000 to £30,000
