The Direct Marketing Associate will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing database maintenance, providing a comprehensive, clean database of customers designed to increase customer transactions, retentions and conversions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage assignments/deliverables from internal and external Marketing and Sales clients.
Track, measure and report campaign results. Aggregate monthly/weekly email analytics.
Monitor e-mail address database to ensure data integrity through ongoing e-mail address imports and exports and data synchronization.
Run data queries on request to support Marketing and Sales departments.
Maintain customer and prospect lists for all Vendome direct marketing activities.
We require a bachelor`s degree and a minimum of 1-3 years experience in the marketing industry. Strong excel skill required. Working knowledge of HTML and Dreamweaver a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multi task, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision, and the ability to interact within multiple levels of the organization.
