Prepares balance sheets and other financial reports.
Responsibilities also include analyzing costs, revenues and to predict future revenues and expenses.
Oversees day-to day operations and financial reporting.
Familiarity with the full range of accounting concepts, practices and procedures
Responsibilities:
• Prepare journal entries and facilitate monthly reporting
• Perform general ledger account reconciliation
• Prepare financial statements
• Prepare annual budget
• Prepare annual plan
• Review purchase orders and invoice payments to ensure proper coding
• Monitor outstanding receivables
• Establish and maintain finance policies and procedures
• Supervise a staff of 5
Skills:
Needs understanding of general ledger. Proficient in Excel, Word and Accounting software. Relies on various levels of judgment and experience to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision or may lead and direct the work of others; reports to a manager. A certain initiative is required.
• Minimum 3 years of related experiences

• Familiar with the travel industry a plus

Compensation: $38/hr
