Our client based in Waltham Abbey, Essex are looking to recruit an Administrator/Bookkeeper on a temp to perm basis to join their busy team.
Duties will include:
Looking after and keeping the ledgers up to date
Calculating the costing for jobs
Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquires
Typing of general letters and quotations
Producing invoices
General administration for the office.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Excel, previous experience within a similar role with the ability to multi task. You will be organised and able to work on your own initiative.
This role will initially be on a temporary basis prior to becoming permanent. ARCHIVES ASSISTANT - LAW FIRM - 9 MONTH CONTRACT - UP TO £16,000

This is a permanent position with a guarantied 40 hours per week with overtime, working as part of a multi skilled team dealing with small projects including mechanical installations with pumps and valves, mechanical plant, pipe work alterations to full refrubishments.
You will need to be fully qualified or time severed, apprentice trained, with City & Guilds, have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a mechanical fitter within commercial installations.

Based alongside the Southbank, you will be working as part of a large maintenance team that will be maintaining a variety of electrical and also some general mechanical/air conditioning plant. The majority of plant will be new and also the site has excellent transport links making this site very attractive to any maintenance engineer.
The majority of plant you will be responsible for will be electrical and will include both planned and reactive services/checks to plant such as LV switchgear, lighting, uninterruptable power supplies, single and three-phase power, star-delta motors. There will also more general HVAC-related plant including air handling units, fan coil units, compressors, pumps, valves and cooling towers that will require first-line maintenance also.
