Our client has won numerous maintenance contracts in recent years including major commercial banking corporations, leading insurance brokers, more recently they have won the maintenance contract for a major retailer. We are now looking to recruit a number of M&E Engineers for a business that currently has turnover of over £10million.

Your core responsibilities will be to perform fault-finding and servicing duties to HVAC plant that will include ventilation plant, general power and lighting maintenance and also some heating plant.

Typical responsibilities include;

Maintenance and repairs to all electrical equipment (i.e. lighting and power)

Maintenance to A/C plant such as air handling units, split A/C units

Maintenance to catering machinery

Testing of emergency lighting/fire alarms/sprinkler systems

PAT testing

We are looking for an engineer to cover four locally-based properties. We are currently recruiting for a HVAC engineer to cover the local properties in the Brixton/Putney area.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support, analysis and training to the regional profit centers, local and regional O&S, claims and assistance, TPAs in the implementation and utilisation of AIG Travel, Inc.s Distribution technology with internal and external distribution partners.

- Support the local and regional travel team(s), local and regional O&S to develop and implement action plans to maximise AIGs investment in AIG Travel, Inc. distribution technology.

- Working with the New York Home office and the local and Regional Travel Managers produce and deliver regular educational material to ensure that the local and regional profit centre team(s) is fully apprised of the latest functionality of the AIG Travel insurance distribution technology.

- Assist local and regional profit centers in business development opportunities. Help to identify and analyse potential distribution partners. Prepare and where required participate in presentations and tendering activities etc. Manage the technical integration discussions with potential distribution partners.

- Liaise with the New York Operations and Systems teams to evaluate connectivity, on a partner by partner basis, and ensure best practice, requiring least additional development work, is adopted at all times.

- Identify, co-ordinate, analyse and deliver new and existing xml interface partners, providing recommendations to ensure best practice is adopted at least cost with maximum premium generation.

- Assist in the process of researching and documenting all local business requirements for AIG Travel, Inc. applications and the connectivity of those applications to internal AIG systems. Compiling Business Requirement Documentation (and other project life cycle documentation) and project managing the project process thereafter.

- Coordinate with all internal and external parties to develop the appropriate deployment schedules.

- Compile and deploy user testing scenarios for new and existing implementations, analyse and report results to ensure correct functionality is delivered at all times

My client are a leading research firm who are looking for a SQL Database Administrator to work in their offices in the East Midlands area. The role of Database Administrator will include working on their core SQL and Access database systems with responsibility`s of backups, security settings, and performance optimisation. You will be providing day-day support of these Databases and training end-users in the use of applications in order to maximise the use of these systems.

This is a Technical role for an IT professional to maintain and support the ever growing SQL And Access database systems within the organisation. You will be required to provide advice, support and formal training to end users, extract and analyse data. Produce management information and assist with the monitoring of data quality.

Our client is a major provider of both manufacturing and aftercare services to their screw and reciprocating chiller plant and a large propotion of London`s largest commecial properties will have their refrigeration services catered for by our client. They currently have a worldwide portfolio of clients that includes The Bank Of England, IBM, Motorola and Kodak.



Covering mostly Central London and also other locations within the M25, all applicants must have a minimum of four years experience of working on refrigeration plant. This will include fault-finding, servicing and repair of reciprocal and screw chillers, large pumps, scroll compressors, centrifugal compressors, wall mounted fan coil units and air handling units.
