We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Architecture & Engineering division. Responsibilities will include placing architects, interior designers, engineers and building design professionals on a project and permanent basis at successful and rewarding firms. Strong communication and a positive personality required!

Responsibilities of the Recruiter- Architecture & Engineering will include:
Sourcing New Business
* Identifying new and creative ways to source viable clients including: directories, contact lists, database leads, internet resources and personal networking
* Recognizing and expanding upon changing seasonal/market conditions
* Attending industry related functions to increase networking opportunities while gaining valuable knowledge
* Securing initial client visits with all qualified prospects
* Obtaining viable job orders from clients
Recruiting Candidates
* Identifying new and creative ways to source highly qualified candidates
* Conducting interviews to get to know potential candidates and their skills
* Developing an active pool of candidates who are ready to meet the needs of our clients
Required Skills:
* 2+ years in the Architecture & Engineering industry OR 1 year of experience recruiting in the Architecture & Engineering industry
* High energy, ambitious and extremely organized
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent networking and communication skills
