Growing Media Company is looking for the ideal candidate to join our team! We provide high quality PC and Mac network support, design, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for clients and television stations nationwide. Located in Midtown Manhattan, we are looking for someone who has expertise with Windows and Mac as well as someone with good work ethic, who is neat & professional.
We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:
-Experience with configuring, setting up, and troubleshooting Windows workstations.
-Proficient with Macs
-Experience with various Windows Server technologies is also a plus.
-Comprehensive knowledge with Open Directory, Workgroup Manager, Mac Manager, Integration with AD, DNS, backup systems such as Retrospect, MS Exchange, Active Directory.
-Ability to help clients with other applications such as MS Office, and a variety of email programs including Outlook.
-Microsoft Certifications is a plus but not required.
