The Role
You will be working as part of the Consumer sales teams indentifying business and site improvements. Your Responsibilities will include:
- Daily analysis of site intelligence to deliver actionable insight
- Help to develop and optimise reporting function to improve business performance.
- Contribute to site measurement strategy, development and optimisation for websites as well as linking into wider business and media reporting.
- Support the Head on Online Analytics in the delivery of regular and ad hoc analyses of site performance, propositions, offers, etc.
- Communicating results to the Ecommerce team, Sales organisation, agencies and internal partners.

Your Profile
For this position as an Online Analyst you will have a proactive attitude with the skills and enthusiasm to drive significant benefits. You will have experience & Skills including:
Excellent understanding of Omniture Site Catalyst
Online reporting and web analytics experience
Excellent working knowledge of successful web e-commerce and self service web sites, ideally in an equally competitive service based industry.

Knowledge of emerging web and wireless technologies and best practice (e.g. personalisation, web sites on mobile devices)
