I am a savvy and experienced real estate investor. I have been in business for almost a decade and have had the foresight to always stay ahead of the curve.
I don’t worry about bills. I`m not not drowning in debt. Downsizing is not an option for me. I do not have to answer to anyone other than my own conscious and have been extremely successful in a very responsible manner over the last few years. In one word I have what most dream of… FREEDOM and CHOICE.

I are very selective of who I take into my company, but we are rapidly expanding in the Northeast.
So many people out there know the opportunity that is in the market but have never found the right people to work with. Well that has come to an end.
As a company, we are proficient in over 25 different strategies. That means that we are ALWAYS making money, no matter what market we are in.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have a serious passion for real estate.
- You must be coachable.
- You must understand the meaning of commitment.
- You must be independent and have a business owner mentality.
- You must be able to come into company at a minimum of a P/T basis (5-7 hours/week).
TASKS
- You will be working with real estate professionals doing short sales, wholesale, multi-family dwelling acquisitions, rehabs/fix and flips, or REO related work.
- Working with a computer program that we invented to secure leads and do market research.
- You will be fulfilling all the tasks related to closing transaction.
COMPENSATION
- Profit is made per transaction.
- The average amount we make per deal depends on the transaction.
- $5000-$20,000/deal.
