We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Analyst of at least 12 months to provide first line support primarily over the phone covering Windows technologies and the companies` specialist software to their customer base.



The company, an established software company is looking for someone with strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner to provide support via the phone as well as e-mail, fax and their website. The role will involve taking calls from all levels if users from novices to technical specialists making sure enquiries are lead through to a successful resolution.
