For a real estate Management Company needed an office manager with experience of property management / rental unit’s management .
The position will include taken care of all office operations as:
Answering phones
Preparing Work orders
Managing working staff
Book keeping
Rent Stabilized/ Rent controlled registrations
Apartment Registration
Lease preparation
Mail
Filing
Accounts receivables
Vendors
Windows Word, Excel
The person we are looking for will be a team player, willing to put as many hours as needed and responsible for all company operations .
