We are mid-sized company specializing in architectural design work in New York City. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, self-starter to handle book keeping. Particularly experienced in city and state agency billing. (This is essential) Position reports directly to the owner. Work schedule requires three days a week for a total of twenty hours. The position involves invoicing, payroll, bill payment, financial projections and some employee benefits. We offer a competitive salary and a friendly, attractive work environment. Requirements: Must have solid experience and knowledge of QuickBooks Pro, Excel, Word and have worked in the building or architectural industry. Must be able to provide refrences.
