If you are an accomplished Telecom professional with 3 + years of telecom experience and the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment then Plaza Associates is the place for you. We offer an outstanding opportunity to join a large dynamic debt recovery agency and support our call center applications, PBX and Corporate Voice communication software and hardware. This is a challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to expand your skills. We are a large company in the financial services industry conveniently located 1 block from Penn Station in midtown Manhattan.
Job Requirements :
• Assist in daily administration of all telecom products (Siemens PBX, Noble predictive dialer, ACD, IVR, Outsourced vendors)
• Assist in managing voice network services – changes, troubleshooting and install of services (PRI/ISDN, Toll Free Routing, Wireless)
• Responsible for daily reporting of various telecom products and operational analytical tools.
• Understand and assess telecom infrastructure and assist in development of standard operation policies and procedures.
• The ability to interface with Operations Mgmt to determine requirements for ongoing support, development and completion of projects that align with the
overall business strategy.
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 3 years telecom experience: installing, troubleshooting, managing, maintaining, and monitoring PBX systems, voicemail, and ACD systems.
• Self starter who can work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Experience with Siemens PBX and VOIP a plus but not necessary.
• Familiarity with speech recognition systems that interact with IVR platforms is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills required
• Strong documentation skills a plus
