Client Services Senior Account Manager – Proclivity Systems
Reports to the Director of Client Services

The Client Services Senior Account Manager at Proclivity Systems will play a central role within the organization. This position will work within various points of our business, from new client intake, to day-to-day client management, as well as internal facilitations. Candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business and understand how Proclivity’s solution can be applied to their business to drive insight and ROI.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish and maintain comprehensive understanding of the client`s marketing objectives (overall and online) with the ability to define and help lead the customer to applicable solutions
• New client intake, day-to-day client management
• Research and understand clients business model in detail
• Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, and demonstrates enthusiasm towards colleagues and clients
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Acute attention to detail will be vital in this role.
REQUIREMENTS:
• E-Commerce, Retail, or CPG experience required
• 3+ years experience, client management
• Strong relationship management skills required
• Strong client interaction and client management skills required
• Good analytical and project management skills required
• Attention to detail with strong oral and written skills
• SQL a plus. Start-up environment a big plus
