If you have a passion for hospitality, and have a desire to exceed guest expectations we would like to hear from you.
The right candidate must have:
Experience with payroll and knowledge of labor laws.
A solid knowledge of back office POS maintenance.
Strong computer skills.
Must be extremely organized.
Floor management experience in a face paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Experience in training staff.
Have strong leadership qualities and be able to motivate staff.
Be able to interact with people from all walks of life.
Must have solid references.
As an office manager your time will be split between the floor of the restaurant and the office so the
right candidate must be strong in both areas.
