Fast growing Telecommunication company out of Flushing NY, seeking for entry level a bilingual NOC technician.
General Summary: Perform network surveillance and troubleshooting, Open Trouble Ticket with underline carrier. Constant testing and follow up. Support Sales and Purchasing team.
Requirements :
Excellent client interaction and customer service skills.
Must be able to work well independently with little supervision (After Training)
Must be responsible and must be a team player.
Must be available to work occasional evening and weekend shifts.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
Must be generally computer literate.
VoIP understanding is a plus.
Candidate must have a Valid Passport or Social Security (green card) or Working Permit (2 years minimum) before starting
Starting Salary is $10 an hour.
