Our National law firm client have a newly created opening for a Sales Development Executive to assist with the promotion and generation of new business. This rare and exceptional opportunity would suit someone with a business development background (gained in a law firm or professional services) with a good understanding, as well as a passion for the industry, adept at building strong relationships and maintaining them.

This role will require the successful candidate to spend quite a bit of their time "out on the road" in the process of business development. This is very much a client facing role where excellent presentation and communication skills are a must.

Small firm experience preferred.

The Role

As a Senior International Media Consultant you will be looked upon to lead hand picked teams for various client assignments and briefs. You will be expected to see consultancy through to solution and deliver a tailor made service to your clients, from standard media performance audits to media workshops and media strategy evaluations. Your Profile

We immediately require an Electrically Qualified Building Services Lead Engineer.

This position will involve working closely with the client on a wide range of building services and Facilities Management issues. Being a new contract it has a lot of scope for growth and the building of a successful relationship with the client. The contract involves the HVAC maintenance to 3 Buildings with one satellite site housing the UK Head Office of two large International companies in the Rickmansworth area.

If successful you will be responsible for the Day to Day running of the site which involves Hands on and leading of engineers working on Single and 3 phase power, lighting, BMS, AHU`s, 1st line to Chillers and Boilers, air conditioning, VAV`s, emergency lighting, pumps, valves, motors, and all general maintenance, close control A/C for coms rooms and a variety of PPM and Reactive maintenance to M&E plant.

This role also requires good organisation and planning skills as you will be issuing PPM works as well as supervising contractors and ensuring risk assessments, method statements and permit systems run smoothly, the escalation of callouts for specialist engineers. You will be required to work closely with the client to deal with issues on a proactive and reactive basis so the ability to think on your feet is essential.

Situated in EC4, one of the UKs leading providers of planned and reactive maintenance organisations is looking for a mechanical engineer to join their expanding operations. Through a history of liaising with their client`s needs they have provided tailor-made maintenance solutions to some of London`s largest media, legal and financial organisations. Through this approach they are expecting turnover growth of £1.3million and as a result require someone who matches their flexible approach to whatever challenges are thrown at them.

Our client is looking for a mechanical engineer with a broad knowledge of mechanical HVAC plant such as calorifiers, cooling towers, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, valves, air handling units and fan coil units. It is paramount that applicants have an in-depth fault-finding knowledge of this plant as you will be working in a highly-charged commercial, environment that requires that building to be running at a high level of standards at all times. The salary is in the region of £31,000 with a company benefits package that includes BUPA healthcare, 5% company pension scheme, 20 days holiday (rising with service) and also the opportunity for career progression through a regular internal opportunities scheme.

The successful engineer will have experience and a solid building services history working within a similar blue chip environment and have a solid knowledge of General Power & distribution, Pumps, Valves, Grease Tapes, Calorifiers, Heat Exchangers, Air handling plant and other associated Building Services Plant.

The Shift is 4 on 4 off DAYS ONLY on a split rotation working 2 days 7am - 5pm and then 2 days 11am to 10pm, There is a call out on the later shift and there is a call out allowance which is £1500 annually.
