Our client currently has a vacancy in their nationally recognised Charities Law department for a Legal Secretary or a PA. This role will provide direct support to the Head of Department and a Barrister.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The principal duties of this role will include making appointments and arranging meetings; dealing with client queries; undertaking administrative tasks; audio typing; managing diaries and assisting other Legal Secretaries and Personal Assistants in the department.



Skills / Knowledge Requirements:
The successful candidate must have good experience in a similar role within the charities law practice area. You will need to be highly motivated, have excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills, a flexible and professional attitude, an ability to work on confidential matters and under pressure together with a keen eye for detail.

Your core responsibilities will be to work on a reactive basis, performing fault-finding and servicing duties to HVAC plant that will include ventilation plant, general power and lighting maintenance and also some heating plant. It is imperative that applicants have experience of working within a maintenance background and a developed understanding of pumps, valves, motors, single and three-phase power, air handling units/fan coil units (including associated controls/sensors), emergency lighting/fire alarms/sprinkler testing, using BMS for detecting faults and changing set points etc.

As part of the London team, you will be covering local commercial properties in an area that includes Central London, Essex, Middlesex and Hertfordshire. It is important to note that you will not be responsible for all of the areas listed above but only those that are reasonable for you to cover.

Critical Services Shift Technicians



A leading and currently one of the most successful building services companies are currently seeking experienced critical services shift technicians for a new contract in West London. Based at a new data centre with 3 data halls in current operation and plans to expand to 8 in the near future they are looking for engineers with a proven track record of covering the planned and reactive maintenance to electrical and HVAC systems in banking or similar environments.



Candidates should have a good understanding of single and 3 phase power, static and rotary UPS systems, power generation, DX close control air conditioning systems, humidity control, fire detection and suppression systems as well as BMS monitoring and operation.



The successful candidates will start initially on a 4 on 4 off days only shift pattern and then transfer on to a full continental shift pattern once the site is manned up to its full capacity. It is also a requirement for candidates to hold a full driving licence as there will be a necessity for the shift technicians to attend other sites on the same contract via the use of a company pool vehicle.

A leading HVAC chiller manufacturer has come to PRS stating that they are in urgent need of a mobile engineer to service and maintain a range of reciprocal and screw chillers as well as typical refrigeration plant. Our client is a major provider of both manufacturing and aftercare services to their screw and reciprocating chiller plant and a large propotion of London`s largest commecial properties will have their refrigeration services catered for by our client. They currently have a worldwide portfolio of clients that includes The Bank Of England, IBM, Motorola and Kodak.



Covering mostly Central London and also other locations within the M25, all applicants must have a minimum of four years experience of working on refrigeration plant. This will include fault-finding, servicing and repair of reciprocal and screw chillers, large pumps, scroll compressors, centrifugal compressors, wall mounted fan coil units and air handling units.
