My Client who are an international Engineering firm based in Bath, require an Associate FEDRA - Fire Safety engineer. The role will see yourself working in a variety of disciplines which can include, Project Management, Marketing, People Management, Financial Management etc.

As the Fire Safety Engineer you will be Project managing a multiple of discipline projects, preparing and taking responsibility for engineering solutions for detail design, as required including technical, quality, financial, risk, health and safety and also learning opportunities. You will be required to take on responsibility of seeking and winning new work, preparing Financial and technical submissions/proposals, attending interviews etc.

We are seeking someone who has a good track record of performing a similar role within the engineering industry, and has lead a team with excellent skills in people management and project management. You should have experience of managing a Team of discipline staff and training needs/performance issues.

Academically you will be a Charter Engineer, Incorporated Engineer or have BEng or Masters degree in engineering, you must have good

- Producing analyses and documentation in Pursuit of winning further business and to meet the needs of the customer.
- Participate in basic electrical machine sizing activities in response to customer enquiries.
- Also you will be participate in the definition and production of electrical test plans to validate key machine design characteristics, Validation and functional tests , both on and off-site, both static and dynamic tests and participate in the production of Quality documentation associated with Electrical Machines, as and when required.
- Participate in selection and design of power electronics and electrical systems to be used in combination with electrical machine products.
