This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join this leading Employee Benefits Solutions provider in a client facing communications role. Our client is one of the leading providers of Employee Benefit platforms and solutions to large national and multinational companies. As Head of Communications, you will be responsible for the development and management of internal communications programmes in client companies. This will involve working initially with clients from implementation stage through to the design and delivery of communications projects. As Head of Communications, you will have overall responsibility for all projects as well as the management of a team of 10 responsible for the delivery of these communication programmes.

To be successful in this role, you should have a broad and varied communications and marketing background, combined with experience of working in and with a wide variety of companies and industries. Due to the client facing nature of this role, experience of delivering marketing and communications projects and strategies as part of a Marketing Agency would be ideal, although we would consider candidates who can demonstrate experience of working in or with a broad range of companies. Communications experience is vital as is a desire to work in a forward thinking, progressive and expanding organisation.

SIPP/SSAS Administrator

Actuarial Consultancy - North London

My client are a specialist actuarial and pensions consultancy based in North London who provide SIPP and SSAS solutions to an ultra high net worth client base. Having recently launched a new SIPP product which has proved very popular, they are seeking an additional SIPP/SSAS administrator to help to deal with the subsequently increased workload. Working within a dedicated team you will be responsible for all aspects of administration, processing contributions, transfers in and out, investments, annuity purchases and drawdowns.
Candidates must have experience within SIPP Administration, teamed with effective organisation and time management skills. Knowledge of SSAS arrangements will be an advantage but isn`t essential. This is an outstanding opportunity for a SIPP/SSAS Administrator to progress their career in a professional and growing company.

Electrical Motor/Machines Designer - Pro/Engineer, Wildfire

Our client a leading designer of high powered motors and a global pioneer of some of the most advanced generators requires a Senior Machines Designer with strong skills in Pro Engineer (WIldfire), Pro/Intralink and experience in part modelling, large assembles, design for manufacture, ANSYS, structural FEA and Thermal FEA to work on some of the most exciting projects happening at the moment.

Key responsibilities of the Electrical Motor / Machines Designer will include:
- Producing analyses and documentation in Pursuit of winning further business and to meet the needs of the customer.
- Participate in basic electrical machine sizing activities in response to customer enquiries.
- Also you will be participate in the definition and production of electrical test plans to validate key machine design characteristics, Validation and functional tests , both on and off-site, both static and dynamic tests and participate in the production of Quality documentation associated with Electrical Machines, as and when required.
- Participate in selection and design of power electronics and electrical systems to be used in combination with electrical machine products.
- Carry out various machine parameter analyses including; reactance, inductance, voltage, current, waveform, electrical losses, efficiency, fault tolerance, etc.
- Work with Mechanical Design team to show that selected designs are fit-for-purpose both electrical & mechanical
