A fantastic new position has opened for a Handyman in the Birmingham area to work at a prestigious student accommodation site carrying out all planned and reactive maintenance. The successful candidate will provide general maintenance support to the management team, including basic plumbing, repairing and painting/decorating of the property, including student bedrooms, all communal areas, shower cubicles, floors, walls and carpets. Other duties include emergency light testing and the possibility of PAT testing.

Ideally, the successful candidate would have a recognised qualification in a trade discipline and have a proven history within the maintenance industry. Building Services Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer:

We are currently looking for qualified mechanical engineers within the maintenance industry to carry out various roles in and around the London area.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and also part of a team.

Main Duties:
