Your Profile
The ideal Sales Manager within this Energy and utilities based on-line brokerage will have at least two years experience as a sales manager, within a business to business sales environment. To be successful as a sales manager you will have had experience managing teams of at least three people and be looking to move into a role with a rapidly growing environment in an industry which is completely resilient to the economy. To excel in this role as a sales manager it is essential that you have a good grasp of setting and delivering on key KPI`s alongside having the man management skills to lead a team forward and help grow the business.

The Role
As a sales manager you will manager a team of between 3 - 8 people. You will be responsible for delivering on revenue and activity targets and pledges. You will have to train, recruit and manage your team and deliver on key company objectives as required. The role involves no cold calling as all clients request for your services, to help them save money on their utilities, via the company website. The role is 80% managerial and 20% sales based. You will deal with a small amount of large enquiries

Their core business is in the ever buoyant energy market.They have fantastic staff retention and are looking for an experienced entrepreneurial manager to help drive the business forward. There is scope to become a senior manager within 12 months, ultimately managing a team of managers. Not one of the current managers is making less than 50K and a strong performance would see a first year earning in excess of 60K. In a struggling economy it will be extremely hard to find a more secure business and industry.

My Client who are an international Engineering firm based in Bath, require an Associate FEDRA - Fire Safety engineer. The role will see yourself working in a variety of disciplines which can include, Project Management, Marketing, People Management, Financial Management etc.

As the Fire Safety Engineer you will be Project managing a multiple of discipline projects, preparing and taking responsibility for engineering solutions for detail design, as required including technical, quality, financial, risk, health and safety and also learning opportunities. You will be required to take on responsibility of seeking and winning new work, preparing Financial and technical submissions/proposals, attending interviews etc.

We are seeking someone who has a good track record of performing a similar role within the engineering industry, and has lead a team with excellent skills in people management and project management. You should have experience of managing a Team of discipline staff and training needs/performance issues.

Academically you will be a Charter Engineer, Incorporated Engineer or have BEng or Masters degree in engineering, you must have good

As Agency Account Manager you will manage a key media and specialist agency portfolio within the Kinetic patch. You will provide bespoke and creative out-of-home advertising solutions, applying a consultative, strategic sales approach. Your approach will be to work closely with media planners to identify synergies between the brand`s target audience that that of the various out-of-home products within the portfolio.

Your Profile

You will come from a creative media sales background where you have genuinely influenced media spend at planning stage.
