The Role

As Classified Advertising Manager, you will manage a classified sales team of 6 executives across a variety of sectors such as health & beauty, mobile, travel, homes & finance and technology. You will drive classified revenues, setting key performance indicators and incentives, while offering support and training for the team. You will report directly into the group advertising manager and director of sales and act as an ambassador for the brands.

Your Profile

You must come from a classified sales background at team leader or advertising manager level. You will ideally have experience of national press or consumer magazines experience and will show a passion for newspapers and printed media. You will be a large, enthusiastic personality with strong leadership and motivational ability.

Receptionist/ Office Manager for small Film Company
19-22k per annum

Our client a small film company based in West End are looking to recruit a Receptionist/ Office Manager. You will be based on Reception and will be the only administrative person in the office.

You will need to have excellent organisational and strong communication skills and be able to multitask. You will need to be able to work on your own. Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure are also required to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Duties:

?Ensures the reception desk area is manned at all times and visitors and callers are greeted promptly.
?Answers, screens, and directs incoming telephone calls ensuring a high level of customer service.
?Handles incoming and outgoing department mail, which may include opening, sorting, copying, distributing, and filing as necessary.
?Manages courier requests and distributes packages received efficiently to staff
?Proofread scripts/written work
?Manage the office on day to day basis
?Maintains the kitchen area and drinks orders
?Ensures the reception area is tidy and welcoming, and information within the reception is up to date
?Ensures the meeting rooms are well maintained and tidy
?Performs a variety of clerical tasks as directed for a specific person, department, or function. Tasks may vary depending on specific business unit requirements.
?Prepares routine correspondence, memos, and reports as directed.
?Schedules appointments, coordinates meetings, makes travel arrangements, and prepares expense reports as required.
?Assists department with miscellaneous clerical tasks, including data entry, ordering office supplies, copying, faxing, and maintaining department files.
