ViaCube, a global technology development company, offers a rare opportunity for a Technical Manager to join a rapidly growing team focused on both professional and personal growth.
ViaCube is seeking an individual who is able to challenge conventional thought, offer unique perspective and generate innovative ideas.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a Technical Manager you will coordinate the delivery of software solutions by managing all phases of the project lifecycle starting from requirements analysis and finishing with support phase.
- You will lead teams of developers, coordinate priorities from stakeholders and report results.
- You will be responsible for development of technical teams by taking part in recruiting, motivation and evaluation programs.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum BS in computer science or related field (MS preferred).
- 3+ years of managing of distributed application development
- Programming background and experience managing complex projects
- Natural leadership qualities;
- Experience managing geographically distributed development teams(coordination, time, risks, etc)
- Demonstrated expertise in group dynamics, motivation and communication;
- Advanced English competency (verbal and written);
- Outstanding organizational ability
