A fantastic new position has opened for a Caretaker in the Birmingham area to work at a prestigious student accommodation site carrying out all planned and reactive maintenance. The successful candidate will provide general maintenance support to the management team, including basic plumbing, repairing and painting/decorating of the property, including student bedrooms, all communal areas, shower cubicles, floors, walls and carpets as well as the general upkeep of the site.
Ideally the successful candidate would have worked within a similar environment ie Universities, Hospitals or Schools due to the nature of the position.
