A renowned international building services maintenance provider is currently seeking to recruit a permanent day maintenance supervisor to be based at a very prestigious site in the North Surrey area. Working as one of a two man supervisory team responsible for a 10 man multi skilled team of engineers the successful candidate will assist the on site contracts manager with the day to day operation and management of site and services. The supervisor must hold at least City & Guilds qualifications and can either be electrically or mechanically biased and should have previous HVAC maintenance experience. Candidates should also have previous supervisory experience and to have good team management and client liaison skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very progressive company on one of their prestigious contracts working entirely out of Central London. Salary £30,000 to £32,500

A leading building maintenance company have a permanent vacancy for an experienced maintenance supervisor for one of their flagship contracts, based at the European headquarters for a large oil company in the Victoria area of London. Responsible for the day to day running of a team of 3 technicians the candidates should have previous supervisory experience and a proven track record of hands on experience of HVAC maintenance. The site is run to very high health and safety standards so knowledge of regulations, permits and certification are a must.

The role is a hands on position and candidates can be either electrically or mechanically biased but must be multi skilled and to have covered the planned and reactive maintenance to: single and three phase power, lighting, AHUâ??s, pumps, motors, fan coil units, chillers, boilers etc. There will also a lot of interaction with the client and sub contractors so good communication and relationship building skills are essential.

Primarily responsible for providing PA support to the RVP, this is a busy and challenging role requiring drive, initiative, professionalism and first rate secretarial skills. In addition, there will be project duties to support the business, and a requirement to provide ad hoc support to members of the AIG Travel Assist Senior Management Team.

Providing PA support to the RVP, involving:

- extensive diary management
- co-ordinating meetings (including booking rooms, greeting guests, arranging sandwich lunches or restaurant bookings)
- answering the phone, fielding calls, responding to and dealing with queries, relaying accurate messages etc.
- opening post, managing e-mails and where necessary replying to correspondence

MOBILE M&E ENGINEER IN YOUR LOCAL AREA

A chance has arisen to join a rapidly growing facilities maintenance provider. Our client has won numerous maintenance contracts in recent years including major commercial banking corporations, leading insurance brokers, more recently they have won the maintenance contract for a major retailer. We are now looking to recruit a number of M&E Engineers for a business that currently has turnover of over £10million.

Your core responsibilities will be to perform fault-finding and servicing duties to HVAC plant that will include ventilation plant, general power and lighting maintenance and also some heating plant.

Typical responsibilities include;

Maintenance and repairs to all electrical equipment (i.e. lighting and power)

Maintenance to A/C plant such as air handling units, split A/C units

Maintenance to catering machinery

Testing of emergency lighting/fire alarms/sprinkler systems

PAT testing

We are looking for an engineer to cover four locally-based properties. We are currently recruiting for a HVAC engineer to cover the local properties in the Croydon area.
