Your Profile
As a Business Development Sales Manager within the Relocation sector, you will have strong B2B Relocation Sales experience and a proven sales track record within the Relocation sector. The ideal Business Development Sales Manager will be experienced in sales and Business Development, with at least 5 years proven experience of winning New Business from a consultative approach, within the Relocation or Removals sector. The successful Business Development Sales Manager will have a proven sales background from within the Relocation sector, in which you will have pitched into large corporates. To be successful as a Business Development Sales Manager you will need to be creative, commercially aware, hungry for success, money and enjoy the challenge of winning and developing long term relationships. As a Business Development Sales Manager you will be responsible for your own strategic planning. This is a very sales driven role so being fearless of new business and being used to selling creative solutions to senior management within large corporates is essential.
The Role
The Business Development Sales Manager will be responsible for consultatively selling relocation and removal services to UK and International based large Corporate companies. You will be responsible for setting your own appointments and visiting large corporate companies to consultatively discuss and sell the relocation solutions offered by my client. The role will entail a lengthy sales cycle, in which a consultative sales approach is imperative to develop and maintain new business and to successfully manage the account. The Business Development Sales Manager role will involve New Business development and Account Management, once the account has been developed.
The Company
My client are an International Relocation company who assist in the relocation of company assets and people when relocating. They work exclusively with tier one companies, predominantly within the finance sector. They are looking to expand their business as they are consistently grow as a company. The Business Development Sales Manager will be offered a basic salary between £40-60k and a £75k+ OTE and benefits.

We are seeking a mobile electrically biased engineer to work within London, Aylesbury, Letchworth and up to Northampton on a health and fitness contract. The successful candidate must be apprentice trained, or City and Guilds 236 or 2330, and ideally 16th or 17th edition.
This role comes with a good training on all pool plant - water treatment (dosing, treating and testing), pump backwashes and stripdowns.
Must be able to be competent on first line fixes to air handling units, fan coil units, small power and lighting, fault finding, minor installations, minor pipe work, assisting other trade engineers....
This position comes with a fully expensed vehicle, 25 days holiday, regular overtime, sick pay and pension (after qualifying period) Van or car offer for the successful candidate. MOBILE M&E ENGINEER IN YOUR LOCAL AREA
A great opportunity has arisen to join a leading HVAC maintenance company as they are expanding their current operations on a prominent commercial maintenance contact. Originally starting out as an energy management firm in 1966 and later moved into the HVAC maintenance field. Our client has won numerous maintenance contracts in recent years including one of the world`s largest telecommunications firms, a national rail contract and several major retail organisations in addition to more conventional commercial buildings. Their strength within the market place is highlighted by the fact that they have seen staffing level grown significantly and at present service 18,500 commercial properties with expectations for these figures to grow in the near future.
Your core responsibilities will be to work on a reactive basis, performing fault-finding and servicing duties to HVAC plant that will include ventilation plant, general power and lighting maintenance and also some heating plant. It is imperative that applicants have experience of working within a maintenance background and a developed understanding of pumps, valves, motors, single and three-phase power, air handling units/fan coil units (including associated controls/sensors), emergency lighting/fire alarms/sprinkler testing, using BMS for detecting faults and changing set points etc.
As part of the Midlands team, you will be covering local commercial properties in an area that includes Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, West Midlands, North Hertfordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire, Suffolk, Norfolk, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. It is important to note that you will not be responsible for all of the areas listed above but only those that are reasonable for you to cover.
All applicants must hold valid electrical or mechanical qualifications such as City & Guilds. In addition, all applicants must possess a valid driver`s license.
