You will be part of a small team, reporting directly to the Compliance Officer & Risk Manager and working with a friendly office culture, within beautiful modern offices.

Duties will include the following:

Compliance monitoring in accordance with the Firm and FSA requirements, and guidelines.

Risk monitoring which includes analyzing daily futures positions and transactions. Issuing risk reports.

Providing advice and guidance to staff on regulatory & risk related matters.

Maintain operational risk databases.

Liaise with administrators, prime brokers, etc. on UCITS, hedge and investment trust matters.

Prompt reporting on all ?Material? risk issues and significant breaches of applicable regulatory requirements and cases of irreconcilable disputes with staff.

Develop, establish and maintain relationships with all internal departments to facilities a thorough understanding of compliance needs.

Qualifications: IMC or similar qualification preferred as well as being proficient with current FSA Rules and Regulations (FSA Handbook, ?TCF?, Money Laundering etc.).

The Role
As Lead Developer, you will be responsible for managing the development of the companies affiliate platform; this role is split between developing code and managing a small team of junior developer`s.

We immediately require an Electrically Qualified Building Services Lead Engineer.

This position will involve working closely with the client on a wide range of building services and Facilities Management issues. Being a new contract it has a lot of scope for growth and the building of a successful relationship with the client. The contract involves the HVAC maintenance to 3 Buildings with one satellite site housing the UK Head Office of two large International companies in the Rickmansworth area.

If successful you will be responsible for the Day to Day running of the site which involves Hands on and leading of engineers working on Single and 3 phase power, lighting, BMS, AHU`s, 1st line to Chillers and Boilers, air conditioning, VAV`s, emergency lighting, pumps, valves, motors, and all general maintenance, close control A/C for coms rooms and a variety of PPM and Reactive maintenance to M&E plant.

This role also requires good organisation and planning skills as you will be issuing PPM works as well as supervising contractors and ensuring risk assessments, method statements and permit systems run smoothly, the escalation of callouts for specialist engineers. You will be required to work closely with the client to deal with issues on a proactive and reactive basis so the ability to think on your feet is essential.
