Based alongside the Southbank, you will be working as part of a large maintenance team that will be maintaining a variety of electrical and also some general mechanical/air conditioning plant. The majority of plant will be new and also the site has excellent transport links making this site very attractive to any maintenance engineer.
The majority of plant you will be responsible for will be electrical and will include both planned and reactive services/checks to plant such as LV switchgear, lighting, uninterruptable power supplies, single and three-phase power, star-delta motors. There will also more general HVAC-related plant including air handling units, fan coil units, compressors, pumps, valves and cooling towers that will require first-line maintenance also.
Working on behalf of our biggest clients means that applicants must have a steady of career histroy and have experience of working in a facilities maintenance environment. The salary on offer is in the region of £30,000 with 23 days holiday, BUPA healthcare package, sick pay and there will be plenty of scope to progress within the organisation as they frequently run an internal vacancy list that offers step-ups within the company.
