We are currently looking for qualified mechanical engineers within the maintenance industry to carry out various roles in and around the London area.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and also part of a team.
There are many roles available such as vehicle mobiles, foot mobiles and static roles.
Various shifts` Day`s, night`s, continental shift patterns are available.



Main Duties:

1.Carry out planned preventative maintenance on all mechanical engineering services as required, Including Plumbing, valves, pumps, all waste and CWS-LTHW & CHW water services.

2.Procure materials and equipment to carry out works.

3.Complete worksheets for works undertaken and obtain authorisation for the Clients representative.

4.Advise Client of minor additional works, compile estimates and submit through coordinators/Supervisors/Contract Managers

5.Carry out fault diagnosis, repair of and advise as required.

6.Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration.


Qualifications / Skills Required:
a. C & G in Heating & Ventilation/Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
b. General plant maintenance including AHU`s, drives and belts, pumps e.t.c.
c. On site mechanical maintenance experience (3 years)
d. H & S qualifications
e. Experience in PPM`s & reactive works

Day Maintenance Supervisor (Victoria)



A leading building maintenance company have a permanent vacancy for an experienced maintenance supervisor for one of their flagship contracts, based at the European headquarters for a large oil company in the Victoria area of London. Responsible for the day to day running of a team of 3 technicians the candidates should have previous supervisory experience and a proven track record of hands on experience of HVAC maintenance. The site is run to very high health and safety standards so knowledge of regulations, permits and certification are a must.



The role is a hands on position and candidates can be either electrically or mechanically biased but must be multi skilled and to have covered the planned and reactive maintenance to: single and three phase power, lighting, AHUâ??s, pumps, motors, fan coil units, chillers, boilers etc. There will also a lot of interaction with the client and sub contractors so good communication and relationship building skills are essential.
