The aim of this role is to develop the corporate and business plan and associated financial plan to ensure financial control and coordinate the management of risk and business continuity and report on performance.

Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Corporate Services you will manage a small team comprising a Financial Controller, 2 Assistant Accountants, Performance and Quality Manager and a Business Continuity Officer.

This role is to support the business to deliver the 3 year corporate, financial and business plan and associated budgets and report on KPI`s. You will also be responsible for managing the development of business demand and forecasting on business capability, and provide assurance to the Board on the financial position of the organisation and advise on decision making.

This role requires a high calibre candidate who is fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with considerable experience within Central Government. Your CV must demonstrate considerable experience working at a senior level within finance, business planning and financial planning. Your Profile
