We are currently looking for qualified building maintenance electrical engineers within the maintenance industry to carry out various roles in and around the London area.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and also part of a team.
There are many roles available such as vehicle mobiles, foot mobiles and static roles.
Main Duties:
1.Carry out planned preventative maintenance on all electrical engineering services as required.
2.Procure materials and equipment to carry out works.
3.Complete worksheets for works undertaken and obtain authorisation for the Clients representative.
4.Advise Client of minor additional works, compile estimates and submit through coordinators/Supervisors/Contract Managers
5.Carry out fault diagnosis, repair of and advise as required.
6.Be available to carry out necessary works outside normal hours with additional remuneration.
Qualifications / Skills Required:
a. C & G in Electrical Engineering level 3 or Equivalent
b. General plant maintenance including AHU`s, drives and belts, pumps e.t.c.
c. On site electrical maintenance experience (3 years)
d. H & S qualifications
e. Experience in PPM`s & reactive works

As a key member of the department you will be responsible for managing administration and relationships with new and existing corporate clients across the full range of Pension products whilst also assisting consultants with technical queries and administrative responsibilities. Successful candidates will become members of an English department in the school which will contain a more or less equal number of Turkish teachers of English and native speaking foreign English teachers.
Candidates for Nursery positions will have BEd in Nursery or PGCE/Cert. Ed in Nursery Teaching.
An additional qualification in teaching English as a foreign language would be useful but not essential.
Candidates will have at least two years` teaching experience, prior to taking up an appointment.
Married couples are welcome but, as the language of instruction in the schools is Turkish, the schools are not suitable for couples with school-age children.
