PA to Director - £11 - £12 per hour ? South West London
My client, a local government organisation based in fantastic offices very near to Victoria, are currently recruiting a PA to support a Director.
As the PA you will: - be the first point of contact, ensuring that all incoming post, telephone messages and emails are prioritised and appropriate taken - diary management including booking meetings and appointments - meeting management including arranging travel, preparing and circulating documents, taking minutes and arranging hospitality - maintain all administrative systems including electronic and manual filing - provide secretarial support including audio and copy typing of minutes, reports, memos, emails, letters and correspondence of a sensitive and confidential nature
To be considered for this PA role you will need previous experience of working as a PA or in a secretarial support role, have experience of working with senior management, by able to audio and copy type, have advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, have a good command of the English language and grammar and have excellent attention to details.
It would be desirable for the PA to have experience of working with numerical information and knowledge of the functioning of government departments/health service.
