As a Ruby on Rails developer you`ll need to be an emerging master of the Ruby On Rails framework with highly relevant commercial experience in developing complex, scalable and robust Ruby Rails applications for wide spread usage.
You will have;
- 2 years commercial Ruby on Rails
- 2 years commercial experience with AGILE or SCRUM methodologies, in test-driven development
- experience in Perl
- expertise of Object Orientated programming
- experience with command line prompt in Linux/Unix.

We currently looking for Science Technicians to cover schools in the South West London area

The post is full time for the remainder of the academic year.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

-Maintenance of laboratory equipment

-Maintaining a constant supply of laboratory materials

-Large-scale preparation of experiments for classes, including measuring of chemicals, slide preparation, and laying out of equipment.

-Assisting in the classroom

-Classroom demonstrations

-Responsibility for Health & Safety in the lab

You will preferably have a university degree in one of the scientific fields, but must be proficient to at least an A-Level standard or equivalent.

Professional laboratory experience is required, and experience working in schools is preferred.

Candidates without work experience in the UK will not be considered.

All candidate must undergo an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check (CRB) and provide two professional references before commencing work.
