Seeking a design lead who`ll be a keyteam member on a project with a significant near term upside - yes, even inthis economy. We`re looking for an experienced GUIdesigner with experience in user experience architecture. Ideally,the digital design team lead will have experience and familiarity with: InteractiveDesign, User Experience, Graphical User Interface Design, Windows Design, UXArchitect, UX Engineering, Graphics Design, Web Design, HTML, CSS,JavaScript/Jscript, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, HCI, etc.THE ROLE: The role is to lead the entire user experience architecture and design effortfor a suite of application add-ons that integrate into the MS Office Suite. Theend solution will provide a very specific and discrete functionality that awide variety of firms need and can utilize today. As the design team lead you will own and be responsible for every aspect ofdesigning user flows, GUIs, graphics, and visual strategy and work with theapplication programming team to develop a production ready product solution.SKILLS:- 5+ years of experience in interactive design, graphics design, contentdevelopment and/or multimedia production - Ability to lead and effectively manage a design and interact with businessand development peers- Experience with graphic design including: layout, information architecture,and usability- Strong with Windows GUI design, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Fluent in Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, HCI, and other design suites- Ability to develop concepts and design solutions for interactive clientapplications and ability to interface with clientsRESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead application interface design and design team • Lead the development of the firms visual strategy• Interface with business team members to gather a parse requirements• Interface with the application development team in the development of aproduction solution• Implement the design to develop and test the functional requirements • Prioritize tasks • Provide timely functional releases so as to meet fast changing businessrequirements EDUCATION: • Preferably, you are educated with a degree in Graphics/Creative Design. Ifnot, you must be able to prove substantial working experience in the field aswell as some formal qualifications in Digital Design and GUI development. WORK AND COMPENSATION DYNAMICS: • The work will be remote/at-home • The work effort is expected to be part-time (2-3 hours per evening) over a 2to 2.5 month period • The position is EQUITY only, with a significant equity stake going to theindividual in this role. A chance has arisen to join a rapidly growing facilities maintenance provider. Our client has won numerous maintenance contracts in recent years including major commercial banking corporations, leading insurance brokers, more recently they have won the maintenance contract for a major retailer. We are now looking to recruit a number of M&E Engineers for a business that currently has turnover of over £10million.

Your core responsibilities will be to perform fault-finding and servicing duties to HVAC plant that will include ventilation plant, general power and lighting maintenance and also some heating plant.

Typical responsibilities include;

Maintenance and repairs to all electrical equipment (i.e. lighting and power)

Maintenance to A/C plant such as air handling units, split A/C units

Maintenance to catering machinery

Testing of emergency lighting/fire alarms/sprinkler systems

PAT testing

We are looking for an engineer to cover four locally-based properties. We are currently recruiting for a HVAC engineer to cover the local properties in the Crwaley area.

All applicants must hold valid electrical or mechanical qualifications such as City & Guilds. In addition, all applicants must possess a valid driver`s license.

The package on offer will include;

1.£27,000 to £30,000

2.25 days holiday

- This Catholic School in Colombia is searching for an experienced Librarian who can Head up their Technology and Information Department. A big part of this role would involve designing and implementing a new Library they are building. This would also involve training staff to run the library. Applicants need not be of the Catholic Faith but respectful of religion. Only 25% of the school staff speak good English so there will also be the opportunity to earn extra by teaching English to staff after hours- if keen to do so but it`s not required.
