Graduate Subscription Sales Executive - to £20-24K -£35K OTE uncapped
You are a junior media sales candidate with previous media sales experience or corporate sales experience within a professional sector. You are well presented and articulate with the ability to influence, negotiate and persuade others as required. Your sales techniques will inspire trust with your clients, with the ability to effectively deal with objections and remain tenacious to reach your goal. You are hardworking, resilient and money motivated.
The Role
As Subscription Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering new and repeat business revenue for this leading international publication, and gaining subscription contracts with major International firms. This exciting role will also require you to attend conference and exhibitions in order to raise the profile of the titles as well as maximising sales opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for a Classified Sales Executive or a candidate with media sales experience looking for an golden opportunity to develop their sales skills in a leading media market.

Our Client are a privately owned Building Maintenance Contractor based on the Surrey/South London Border who pride themselves on their friendly culture and customer focused approach.
They now seek a Contracts Manager to run various M&E maintenance contracts located in London and the South East consisting predominantly of commercial offices.
Candidates will already be polished Contracts Managers within the M&E Maintenance/Building Services Sectors, as such you will have an understanding of Financial Processes (P&L, W.I.P), Commercial Opportunities (Additional Works, Contract Improvements) and good building services technical knowledge.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a successful and friendly organisation, the successful candidate receiving a salary of up to £45k plus a car/benefits package.
