The Company
A property consultancy based in Central London have a fantastic role for an experienced credit controller. This role is both busy and varied, and will allow the job holder to learn and come part of a finance team that is an integral part of this fast moving business.
The Role
Reporting to the credit manager with a dotted line to the Head of Accounts, responsibilities in this role shall include Collection of outstanding sums due from tenants;ensuring all correspondence with tenants is recorded in database;compiling aged debt and collection reports and liaising with Property Surveyors, Client Accountants and Property Managers as appropriate. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in credit control with experience of collections in the property/construction industry, you should have a proven record of debt collection and would have used either the ECS Qube system or Yardi. Additionally, you should have good communication skills.
Salary & Benefits
£23,000 - £27,000 + exceptional benefits
