Job summary:
As part of AIG`s commitment to develop its in-house transfer pricing expertise, an exciting new opportunity has arisen for a transfer pricing analyst based in London to drive forward the implementation and documentation of the group`s transfer pricing policies.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the global head of transfer pricing in establishing and implementing robust transfer pricing policies for AIG affiliates around the world.
- Producing transfer pricing analysis and documentation for AIG affiliates around the world.
- Monitoring on going compliance across the group with relevant transfer pricing policies and legislation.
- Dealing with ad-hoc transfer pricing queries from the business.
- Ensuring that performance objectives are set and assessed against the relevant FSA Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) outcomes.
- Carrying out accountabilities and objectives within the framework of AIG UK`s TCF policy.
Skills & knowledge requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of OECD transfer pricing principles. Prior experience with US transfer pricing would be an advantage.
- Experience of producing transfer pricing documentation, ideally in the financial sector.
- Strong excel modelling skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A very good understanding of financial reporting together with the ability to work directly with AIG`s finance teams around the world to obtain and interpret financial information.
