We’re looking for a recent technical school graduate or a candidate with 6 months to 1 year of experience. Must be eager to learn and to be trained. Hardware/software repair (A+ would be desired) Network troubleshooting skills TCP/IP, FTP (NET + would be desired), network printer installation and setups, MS office suite application skills. Be able to setup and troubleshoot MS outlook. Have knowledge of imaging PCs with either Ghost or Acronis. We are also looking for someone who demonstrates excellent customer service skills and troubleshooting skills.
