The Role

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for managing an entire loyalty/subscription programme to enhance their products and services on offer.

Key Responsibilities:

Competitor Analysis - Competitive audit, analysis and research

Liaise with several areas of business - internal and External

Initiate new vendor relationships, negotiate with suppliers

Test new initiative - A/B Testing, Multivariate

Introduce new initiatives to enhance offering

In addition to this, the ideal Product Manager will be confident in delivering presentations, educating the internal business and working with external partners

Your Profile

As a Product Manager you will have experience in Product Management of internet solutions, loyalty programmes, subscription based sites, or paid-for services.

In addition you will;

Be comfortable with Testing

Have experience in vendor relationships

Have experience as a Product Manager

Confident with delivering presentations

Prepared to travel

Robert Half & Accounting is recruiting a Financial Accounting Manager for a well respected and growing travel business based in Croydon, Surrey.
The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Financial Accounting Manager will lead a team of three staff responsible for all financial accounting activity, parent company and statutory reporting, taxation, and support and development of accounting systems. Key duties will include but not limited to; Reviewing and analysing of reporting packs, Preparation of Statutory Accounts for the Parent Company, applying UK/IFRS, Management, coaching, appraisal and development of three staff, including part-qualified accountants, Quarterly forecasting of Balance Sheet and Cashflow for the Group and Preparation of quarterly forecast reporting package. The successful candidate will ideally be ACA Qualified from a BIG 4 firm with experience of completing complex reporting packs and Statutory Accounts to a high level of accuracy. Post qualification experience in commerce and industry is also highly desirable. Supervisory experience and leading a team would also be useful.
Salary & Benefits
Salary for the Financial Accounting Manager will be in the region of c£50,000 + Final Salary Pension + other fantastic benefits.
