POSITION
Desktop Support/Junior System Administrator: Looking for someone who can start with desktop support and some light administration, but willing and able to take over more admin tasks as time goes on. Work day starts at 6:30am.
LOCATION
New York City
QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidate will be proficient in:
o Windows XP
o Windows Server 2003
o Active Directory
o Understanding of Group Policy
o Office 2007
o Understanding of basic networking
Desired Knowledge/Understanding of:
o Red Hat Enterprise Linux (or Linux in general)
o Cisco IOS and ASA
o VMWare ESX platform
o Exchange 2007
o Blackberry Enterprise Server
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within and outside the organization, including senior management and technical teams; good listening and consultative skills.
Experience in Financial markets desired but not required.
