Senior Manager, E-MarketingMarketingNew York, NYSummaryResponsible for the successful development and implementation of internet strategy and web design for the marketing dept. Develop product/market presence using current technology. Help develop, plan and implement internet strategy for current and new prescription drug products. Recommend and manage Marketing-based Web positioning, including direct to MD`s; direct-to-consumer, and information out to target audiences (MD`s, clinicians, thought leaders, etc). Duties and Responsibilities1. Manages Brand Sites - Managing Web production for existing brand Web sites - Overseeing approval process (red folder) - Working with brand team to identify content additions and design modifications to existing Web sites - Working in collaboration with the brand teams to develop new brand sites in support of marketing objectives - Reviewing and analyzing site traffic (conducting regular trends reports) - Communicating project status to brand teams 2. Serves as Project Manager to Agencies for Web Development - Ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are on track - Weekly status reports are issued - Contribute to the internet section of brand marketing plans - Establish success metrics including ROI for all e-marketing initiatives - Establish processes and procedures to ensure best practices and quality of deliverables - Develop plans, analyses, and presentations that are presented to brand teams and/or senior management - Develop relationships and work in collaboration with the brand teams to develop e-marketing programs in support of marketing objectives - Drive integration and collaboration by working across the organization including product marketing, finance, legal, regulatory, medical, and IT - Manage relationships with agencies and related e-marketing vendors - Monitor, track and report on the performance of e-marketing initiatives - Maintain e-marketing budgets for all promoted brands - Keeping abreast of emerging internet trends and technologies 3. My client based in Oxford are a leading charity looking for an ICT Development and Training Officer to join their fantastic team.
You will be leading in the development of information and Communication technology at the charity with a particular focus on the development of technologies which will enhance the lives of children and young people. You will also provide training to staff allowing them to get the most out of their ICT systems.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- To take lead in in the "Special Effect Project" which will allow young people with disabilities to access computer gaming and communication technology. - Provide an ongoing, accessible and people focused training programme to include the use of all major Microsoft Packages - Provide training to all care team staff on the "Special Effects Project" - Provide Training on Gaming systems to all care team staff
Ideally you will have worked in the charity sector before with regards to providing training to young children with disabilities and also have at least 2 years working knowledge of IT Support. Tasks can also include the Installation & Testing of new software`s, maintaining Email Accounts etc.
You must have a Degree or Diploma in ICT and a minimum of 2 years experience of supporting IT in an work environment, the ability to train others at all different levels, with an extensive range of software and hardware knowledge etc.

The Role This is an excellent role where you will actively manage and deliver the statutory reporting and accounting compliance for all of the groups UK entities. Supervising a team of upto six you will be responsible for the production of statutory accounts for the UK entities, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS where appropriate, including liaising with the corporate accountants, tax, legal and company secretarial depts, liaising with auditors and producing co-ordinated stat accounts, tax filing and compliance timetable. You will also be expected to be the focal point for technical excellence and training for the wider finance community.The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with excellent technical ability, a strong knowledge of IFRS and how it differs from UK Gaap and exposure to the production of stat accounts for a large number of entities.
