My client are a small friendly support company based in North London who are seeking a customer service driven Support Analyst with strong MS Office application support experience and possibly some HTML, SQL and Web experience possibly gained from university or college courses to join their company.

Main skills will include MS Office, HTML, SQL, Web Products.

As the Helpdesk Analyst you will be dealing with client calls on the support desk which will include supporting existing and new databases systems, supporting documentation and training of client groups when required. Although a small firm, they offer an excellent environment to learn, develop and grow your technical ability.

You will providing excellent customer service via

- Telephone, Email, Website, and On site support
- Testing of new products
- Administration of existing Database Systems
- Development and updating User Manuals, Supporting literature and database systems

The ideal candidate will have between 6 and 18 months (maximum) commercial IT experience within a Support Helpdesk environment. As you will be working part of a small team environment you maybe required to take up other duties, so a key experience will be flexibility. Your Profile

This leading medical communications agency is looking for Medical Writers at all levels. You will have at least a BSc in the biological sciences and a strong, proven background in medical writing preferably within in an agency, industry or publishing environment. It is essential that you have the capability to write both commercial and highly scientific copy for a number of different audiences. You will have the ability to write clearly, with scientific accuracy and to a brief, as well as editing and proofreading. A good scientific and medical understanding is needed as well as excellent project management proficiency. You will be a communicator with great organisational and time management skills.

The Role

As a Medical Writer you will be responsible for providing high-quality writing and editorial services over a range of client projects for a variety of different audiences. You will be expected to produce written work ranging from conference and advisory board reports to peer review articles.
