To be eligible for this role, it is essential that you are qualified to City & Guilds level or equivalent in mechanical engineering. Work will centre around the maintenance of mechanical and associated plant such as AHU`s, FCU`s, boilers (1st line), steam plant, A/C systems etc. It is therefore also essential that you have relevant building services engineering exposure encompassing this equipment / systems.

These candidates would ideally have either completed an apprenticeship or equivalent and have their city and guilds i.e. 236 part 1 and 2 and 16th or 17th edition or Mechanical NVQ`s or past training within the trade with past HVAC maintenance experience on FCU`S, AHU`S, single and three phase power and lighting, pumps, motors, belts bearings and general HVAC plant and systems etc.
