The Company:
Our client is a major international sportsbook based in the UK. They are looking for a trader to work on various European sports including Handball and Volleyball.
The Role:
As a European Sports Trader you will be responsible for the following:
- To compile odds on European sports on all leagues and matches
- Trade matches in-running
- Ensure our offering is competitive and accurate at all times
- Settling of markets accurately and in a timely manner
- To assist with monitoring clients and stake factoring clients
- To set and review bet limits
- To assist customer services with bet enquiries and queries
- To develop and update databases that will assist with trading/compilation
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will posses a high standard of mathematic ability (university degree or equivalent desirable) and have solid experience at an on-line bookmaker in a similar role. You must posses outstanding knowledge of many European sports including Handball, Volleyball, Floorball and Bandy and be highly competent on Microsoft Excel. You will be a team player and have a pro-active attitude to work. You must be willing to work unsociable hours.
