Small real estate management firm seeking an individual to perform bookkeeping tasks and special projects.• Identify and monitor various sources for potential business opportunities in the foreclosed/distressed housing market and also purchasing new MHP’s (mobile home parks).• Prepare reports regarding potential business opportunities.• Perform weekly/monthly bookkeeping responsibilities (A/C and A/P) and produce monthly financial reports.• Track various projects (repair, construction, etc.) ensuring on target and completed. Provide management with updates.• Perform special projects for owner which could include collecting bids for various home improvement projects as well as monitoring project.• Perform other special projects as assigned, may include website design, etc.Flexible work schedule requiring two to four days per month. May increase as business grows.Primarily work from home but will require periodic work at business owner’s home office.Requirements• Computer set-up at home with ability to access internet• Knowledge of property management helpful• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to multi-task and work independently• Project management skills required.• Knowledge and working experience with QuickBooks/Quicken required (QuickBooks preferable) • Strong PC skills (Excel and Word) • Accounting/bookkeeping experience required Location: Rye Compensation: $20-$25 per hour Telecommuting is ok. Your Profile
As an exhibition sales executive you will have a strong media sales background in display sales, solution sales, delegate sales, sponsorship sales and preferable exhibition sales. You have a strong proven sales background behind you and be ready to take on a new challenge. If you are self starter who has proven B2B media sales then this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with a growing portfolio of events.
The Role
You will be selling exhibition space on an well established B2B portfolio of UK events, in a company with a hands on approach. With an element of new business through lead sourcing, your role will be to account manage existing clients and cross sell the events solution to clients. If you are target driven and motivated by success then this exhibition sales role could be well suited to you. In a small team where every sale counts, you must be able to deliver results!
