Project Manager

My client is currently recruiting a Project Manager for a 3 month contract (with a possibility of extension).

As the Project Manager your responsibilities will include:
-Leading the procurement process within the procurement framework
-Developing contract management strategies
-Managing contracts with ICT Services
-Using project management methodologies to develop and implement strategic contract management policy, best practice and technology in order to improve efficiency in contract management
-Gathering, analysing and interpreting contract management information
-Researching, analysing, interrogating and developing contract management strategies and systems
-Gathering, analysing and disseminating data

The Project Manager will need to be a self-starter, have good analytical skills and be able to interpret information and develop contract management strategies and systems. The Project Manager will use project management methodologies in order to improve efficiency in contract management.

As the Project Manager you will have strong working knowledge and experience of the entire procurement process with an emphasis on post award control, monitoring and management. You must be able to decipher and draft conditions of contracts, specifications and service levels.

It is essential that the Project Manager is able to demonstrate:
-Procurement, contract and tendering process management knowledge and abilities within the public sector
-Communication and relationship management skills and abilities
-Project management knowledge and abilities
-Skills in development tools, processes and/or systems.

The Project Manager will be degree education and/or possess a relevant qualification as well have appropriate experience. It would be desirable but not essential that the Project Manager has an understanding of the challenges & complexities of procurement in the public sector and/or membership of relevant professional bodies.

The Company:

Our client is a leading international online gaming company based in Dublin. They are now looking for a Expert Mac Desktop and Networking Engineer work in their expanding team.

The Role:

The Expert Mac Desktop and Networking Engineer will be required to expand and maintain the current Mac hardware and integration into thus dual platform Mac/Windows environment. Strong knowledge of working with Mac`s and iBook`s and experience working with Windows Active Directory. Working 2nd/3rd line role supporting the helpdesk.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will have expert skills working with Mac`s. Ideally a minimum of three years experience working in a similar position will give you a strong profile for this role.

Required Experience

-Integration of Apple Mac`s into an Active Directory Environment.
-Very knowledgeable working with OSX and Mac Software
-Competency working with Linux
-Expert Mac networking skills
-Familiarity with Blackberry Enterprise Server
-Technical Support Call Management Software.
-Microsoft Enterprise Applications and Operating Systems

The expansion of contracts in the Luton and Slough areas has provided the need for several Multi-Skilled HVAC Engineers. These mobile roles will involve the PPM and reactive maintenance to Mechanical and Electrical plant, and require engineers experienced in building services maintenance.

The roles will involve but not be limited to PPM and reactive maintenance to the following systems:
AHU`s, FCU`s, VAV`s, Filters, Belts, Bearings, Humidifiers, Dampers, Motors, Star/Delta, Inverters, Controls, Relays, Contactors, DP switches, Chillers 1st line, Boilers 1st line, Water Softeners, Cooling towers, Water treatment, Plumbing, Pneumatics, BMS monitoring and adjustment, Valves, Actuators, Damper motors, Strainers, Pumps, LTHW, MTHW, Steam, Small power, Lighting and Emergency Lighting.

We are currently seeking an experienced and fully qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to work on a very prestigious government contract in the South West London area comprising of 5 buildings.

Candidates must have a good all round experience and be able to deal with the planned and reactive works on all types and manufacture of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning equipment - Water Chillers with semi hermetic, recip and screw compressors (ideally York), Packaged DX plant with or without integral AHU`s and Close Control Systems, split A/C units and multi split systems. Engineers should also have a good understanding of associated chiller plant such as pumps, pressurisation units, control circuits etc. This position is based in a security sensitive environment and therefore candidates will have to undergo security clearance.

This position is based on a very steady contract and therefore the successful candidate will have a great deal of job security and the opportunity of training and career development within a very established building services organisation. The role is to be on a straight days Monday to Friday basis where the hours of work are 8am to 5pm though there is some flexibility in this.
